Supporting the Supply Chain function within a defined FLINT project, the SCM Coordinator is responsible for the coordination/administration of all awarded supply chain services required to support the ongoing operational, production and administrative functions of FLINT. This role is an on-site position and could be LOA or camp based.   This is a project based position in the Grande Prairie area.  The shift schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off.    What would you be doing? - The SCM Coordinator is the owner of the supply chain process and the supplier relationship from initiation through execution (excluding formations of any Agreements), up to and including the closure of the purchase order or subcontract agreement. - Manage Supply Chain Requests (RFQ’s) by working with Operations Management to review Scope of Work details to ensure contractual terms and conditions within scope details are identified and dispositioned appropriately. - Analyze, evaluate and recommend proponents by understanding and negotiating contract pricing rates, cost structure estimates of material, equipment services, production cost, performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Ensure suppliers are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, company policies and HSE related requirements. - Coordinate and chair Kick-off Meetings, Progress Meetings, etc. within FLINT policies and guidelines. - Ensure subcontractors are in compliance with company policies, site orientation requirements and HSE related requirements prior to mobilization to site. - Manage all Change Management with suppliers including coordination of claims/disputes to resolution. - Coordination of client approvals may be required. - Maintain organized electronic files for audit requirements. Become an essential part of our team and let's make this project a success together!    What would you be doing?  - Conducting thorough inspections of flanged connections. - Coordinating NDE activities. - Tracking progress of multiple job scopes simultaneously. - Ensuring compliance with ASME and CSA code requirements. - Maintaining quality documentation according to established procedures. - Coordinate with team members on daily functional QC duties  Does this sound like you?  - Technical Education (WET or MET) or Journeyperson certification is an asset.  - Thorough knowledge of ASME and CSA code requirements (Canadian Standards Association).  - Physically capable of meeting the demands of the job. - Experience in gas plant turnarounds and vessel repairs. - Proficient in torque packages and NDE requests - Thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. - CSA W 178.2 Level II or higher with job site applicable endorsements  - Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.  - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. - Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc. Perks of the job - Competitive Pay for your hard work! - LOA provided for our out-of-town workers! - Day and Night Shifts available for your convenience! - DSP (DIRECT SERVICE PROVIDER) or Contractor Options Available.  Join us in maintaining the highest standards of quality and be a part of our dynamic team.
